Our Hygiene and Distancing recommendations

The following hygiene recommendations currently apply to our tours and exhibitions:

• If you need to cough or sneeze, use a tissue or the crook of your arm.
• If you feel sick, please stay at home.
• You are welcome to wear a medical or FFP2 mask for your own protection or the protection of other participants. Masks are no longer compulsory.
• Tickets are available via our Online-Shop.

Further measures to protect against infection:

• Contactless scanning of tickets with an app.
• Surfaces with frequent contact such as handrails, door handles, chairs, counters or displays are cleaned regulary.
• Dispensers with hand disinfectants are available in the entrance areas. 
• Our facilities are also equipped with air cleaners.
• Visitors are guided in such a way that encounters, bottlenecks or traffic jams are avoided.

There are no visitor toilets on site.
