Do you still have an old voucher?

To redeem old vouchers, please proceed as follows:

• I still have a voucher from reservix:
  You can redeem the voucher in the payment process in our Online-Shop. Enter the voucher number in the corresponding field.
  Any remaining credit remains and can be redeemed at a later date.
   
• I still have a voucher in BU postcard format, from Etix or Tixoo:
  Unfortunately, you cannot redeem this voucher directly. It must first be exchanged.
  
  Exchanging old vouchers on site: You can exchange your old voucher at any time during the opening hours of our information and book shop (Mon - Sun 10.30 a.m. - 4 p.m., closed on Tuesdays).
  
  Exchange of old vouchers by post: If you cannot visit us at Gesundbrunnen, you are also welcome to send us your old voucher by post to:

  13355 Berlin

    We will then send you a new voucher of the same value.
